KNOW = Knowledge Networking On the Web


SSCI is an endowed not-for-profit scientific organization chartered to support the advance and application of human science. All proceeds from SSCI activities go to support its mission. SSCI's officers receive no compensation.

SSCI funds are used to:

  • Provide fellowships for graduate students and faculty
  • Sponsor conferences and workshops
  • Develop leading-edge infrastructure for social science research and teaching
  • Develop and maintain other forms of scientific communication
